The Darwinian philosphy of 'Survival of the fittest' holds true for any person, organization or business. The ability to re-invent and re-define yourself or your business as per the emerging trends and market scenarios will keep you or your business thriving.
One needs to constantly analyse oneself or the workflow of a business framework, be flexible amidst changing environments, work through new goals amidst constraints to keep up with the times.
The support of the leader or the Manager is very crucial here. Monitoring change, deciding how to react, identifying opportunities to adapt, and correct decision making can help transform you or your business.
