after having led a life in the innovation and education sector

Suchismita Roy M.Sc., B.Ed.

My desire to breathe in an environment where my role goes beyond a school leader brings me here to introduce myself.

As a School Principal, I had a multi-disciplinary role of managing every aspect of the school while meeting day-to-day challenges, interacting at a personal level with students, teachers and parents, conceptualizing new ideas, understanding child psychology, supporting active participation in extra-curricular activities, cultural and social events, maintaining traditions to help make learning an enjoyable and memorable experience.
My schools have earned a name in the educational circle with exemplary academic and extracurricular performance, innovative & modern teaching approach, and my students are well-established in different careers of their choice. That to me is the fulfilment that I had yearned for while working.

D.A.V. Kadru Principal Mr.M.K. Sinha and other teachers gave us a warm welcome.

A warm welcome from D.A.V. Pundag (previously D.A.V. Ashok Nagar)
Principal, Mrs. Panigrahi and the teachers
I had seen the Bhumi Puja of D.A.V. Pundag before leaving in 1996. D.A.V Ashok Nagar would become D.A.V Pundag. I was delighted to see the beautiful building at Pundag and my dear teachers.
Mrs. Panigrahi who took charge of D.A.V. Ashok Nagar from me continued to be the Principal of D.A.V. Pundag with the same teachers & staff of D.A.V. Ashok Nagar. She has developed the school to secondary level up to class XII.

It was a nostalgic journey meeting my lovely colleagues and see their smiling faces. We have shared so many moments of joy and sweet experiences together.
I wholeheartedly wish both schools loads of success in the future.

All the teachers of DAV Kadru & DAV Pundag invited us for a lunch at a Ranchi hotel.
My ex-student Avinash whom I had groomed from class I and who is the present Dy. Commissioner of Ranchi presented me with flower bouquets.
